Plumbing Permit Requirements
A plumbing permit is required for:
  • Installations or alterations involving the water supply and distribution system, sanitary drainage system, or vent system
  • First time installation of fixtures and appliances permanently connected to plumbing system(s). This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
    • Bathtubs
    • Dishwashers
    • Garbage disposals
    • Hosebibs (exterior hose faucet)
    • Ice makers
    • Laundry tubs
    • Pressure reducing valves
    • Showers
    • Sinks(Lavy - Bathroom Sink)
    • Sump pumps
    • Toilets
    • Water treatment equipments
    • Water heaters
