Sudley Bike Facilities
Project Description:
• New 1.2 mile bike connection along Sudley Road between Godwin Drive and Grant Avenue
• Alternatives:
- Alternative A.1: 10’ shared use path on the west side of Sudley Road between Godwin Drive and Grant Avenue (Cost: $1.65 million)
- Alternative A.2: 10’ shared use path on the west side of Sudley Road between Godwin Drive and Stonewall Road (Cost: $1.4 million)
- Alternative E: 10’ shared use path on the west side of Sudley Road between Godwin Drive and Prince William Hospital and off-street bike lanes between Prince William Hospital and Grant Avenue
- Note: All concepts include bike lanes on Digges Road
- This project is identified in the Bike Network Plan of the Comprehensive Plan
- The concept was developed in August 2023
- Project is currently unfunded
