2014 Community Satisfaction Survey

Categories where the City of Manassas scored significantly higher than the national and regional benchmarks include: the maintenance of streets, sidewalks and infrastructure; how safe residents feel in their neighborhood at night, in commercial/business areas of the City and in City parks; maintenance of neighborhood streets and cleanliness of City streets; access to information about City services; opportunities to participate in local government; and satisfaction with residential garbage collection and residential curbside recycling.
