This is the second City of Manassas Community Satisfaction Survey conducted by one of the nation's leading community-based market research firms. Results showed that resident satisfaction in the City of Manassas overall is rated 18 percent above the U.S. average in the quality of services provided by the City and rated above the U.S. average in 37 of the 55 areas that were compared.
