Battalion Chief Andrew Carver has just over twenty (20) years of experience in both the career and volunteer fire and EMS service.  He holds an Associates Degree in EMS Science from the Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the The George Washington University. Additionally, he is certified as Fire Officer III and a Nationally Registered Paramedic.
