Utility Customer Services
Our Customer Service Representatives are ready to assist you in obtaining electric, water, sewer, storm water, and refuse and recycling services. Pay your bill here.
A completed application, valid identification, and deposit are required to initiate service. Applications can be submitted in-person, via email, or fax.
Every customer applying for utility service is required to make a service deposit in accordance with the following schedule before service is instituted :
New Residential Customers
Electric Service - $150
Water & Sewer Service - $100
The required deposit can be waived with a passing score on the utility credit check, or an acceptable letter of credit. This letter must cover a 12-month period and all bills must have been paid promptly without late fees or notice of disconnection.
New Commercial Customers
The deposit required equals the two highest consecutive months' previous usage. Should previous usage not be available, estimated usage will be determined by the City based on load information available.
Commercial deposits can be waived with acceptable letter of credit. This reference must cover a 24-month period and all bills must be paid promptly without a notice of disconnection. An irrevocable letter of credit can be accepted in lieu of a cash deposit for commercial customers.
